fashion

In the pictures above, are my friends Lauren Smith and Courtney May.
I really love how these turned out! I used coffeeshopp retouch on them and love the out come.
We went to Red Kane Park, a trail in my neighborhood, and to the train tracks across from Rose Park to take these pictures. Tell me what you think? Hope you like them as much as I do!

time exposures!

Ferris Wheel at the State Fair. I really love how it turned out. I like all of the different colors and how the lines in the middle turned out. I really love the triangle look the outer circle made.
I entered this one in a contest! Wish me luck!

Carousel in the Parks Mall. I really like all of the lines going around at the top. And how you can kind of see the horses going around. I also like how i took it during the day.

Techno Power ride at the State Fair. I really like how it turned out. I got all of the colors because each individual seating section had a different color. This ride spun around in circles really fast, and it threw you from side to side and up side down. It was CRAZY!

architecture!!

This used to be an old gas station a long time ago.

Bridge right before Nemo, Texas. People swimming in the nasty water under it thought i was crazy standing on the side of the highway to take pictures.

Old cabin that I found in a national park. It's from around 1860!!! (not sure the exact year)

Court House in Granbury, Texas.

back again. new stuff, new year!

The Picture above would be Sami.
She is 4 months old and just about the cutest little girl ever, at least I think so. I chose to take her picture as one of my portraits because I think she is so photogenic. I took almost 100 pictures of her and decided this was just one of the best ones.

This picture is of my cousin sarah and her fiance' James. They really wanted baby pictures, so I figured if I was taking them I would put them to use. I really like this picture just because she is smiling up at him, and he's looking at her. You can just tell that they are really happy! However, I really dislike that you cant really see her belly, she is 6-7 months pregnant  and I really just wish you could tell that a bit more then you can. But overall I thought this was a good choice.

This would be my self-portrait. I guess overall it isnt half bad, but this is not what I really wanted to do! I tried so hard to get my original idea to work,  but I just havent found a way to make it look good. I would tell you what it is, but eventualy I'm going to figure it out and I dont want to ruin it. I kind of like how this turned out though, so it's ok.

Hope you like them. Tell me what you think!

It's Samanthaaa..

These are some of the better pictures that I took of Samantha Brown for her senior pictures.
We went to the Botanical Gardens, and went to the Japanese Garden in the Park. I really LOVE some of these that I took that day, but other ones I'm really not to fond of. I'm happy that we went on a day that it was about to rain, first because that means it wasn't really hot out, and second because that means there aren't as harsh shadows, but sadly, there are still some.
But over all, I'm very happy with how they came out.
I finished the Slideshow/movie for it to, I'm going to try to load it soon :)

I'm a photographer?

This is my self portrait to show that I'm into photo.
My parents have this really old camera, as you can see. I took this picture in the refection of the flash on the camera. I like this because you can see part of the camera, then in the reflection you can see the older camera, and my newer one that i took it with.
I'm very happy with this picture.

playground, David Hockney style!

This is my David Hockney photo.
I had to go too four different playgrounds before i found one that had no people. It was a nice day out and there were so many kid all over the place. I'm really not sure why I wanted to do a playground, just the idea sounded really good. I was finished within like 20 minutes. I'm really happy with the way it turned out. I personally love this photo.
